Standard #1 - LAMP Differentiation and Accommodations
This artifact details the accommodations and differentiation used throughout my LAMP project and represents my understanding of various learner's individual needs. Though only two of my students had IEPs during this project, neither of them were severe enough to warrant any planned accommodations. However, in the narrative I provide examples of other accommodations and assistance I provided during the unit, as well as some hypothetical situations that I may have encountered during the project and how I would have reacted.

Standard #1 - Reading Reflection
I chose this particular reading reflection of Darhyl S. Ramsey's second chapter of "Performance in Beginning Band" because it discusses the processes of development for beginning band students. Ramsey discusses the progression of learning processes for the beginning band student and how a teacher might best aid in this development.
